The workshop explores ways of capturing the acoustical traces of landscapes, people, surroundings sounds and objects to create organic soundscapes. The workshop focuses on creativity, collaboration, curiosity and exploration.

During the workshop, participants engage in an interactive experience, experimenting with sound using both field recording equipment in diverse environments, as well as a live setup comprising microphones, instruments, effect pedals, and objects, for an improvised and experimental jam session.

Through the workshop, participants are encouraged to listen to their surroundings in a new way and transform them into sonic experiments, utilising everyday objects, materials, instruments, voices, and more, in unconventional ways, and blending textures to create soundscapes.
